As I am heading into my second year in the Atelier Smedsby workshop, my work continues with exposing and re-defining myself in the throes of mid-life reckoning. Using domesticity as a backdrop, I turn the camera on myself and the ever-changing landscape of my family and environment. Using found objects from the streets of Paris and handmade photo collage I am also tapping further into my own stream of consciousness and memory.  These new narratives exist somewhere between myth and reality.  I am not really sure what I am looking for or trying to say. But by getting lost in the process I am hoping to find myself again.
